Dealers in Aberdeen & Inverness

Hi folks, I notice a number of members are in the Aberdeen/Inverness areas. Anyone care to comment on quality of the local dealer service etc? Will probably need their services at some point and, as ever, personal validation counts for a lot.

Both Mercedes Aberdeen and Mercedes Inverness are part of the Arnold Clark Group. He bought out J R WEIR a few years back. He also owns the Grangemouth Dundee and Perth dealerships. Can't comment on the service at those Northern outlets as I have never used them sorry.

Can't vouch for Aberdeen or Inverness but I've used the Dundee dealer once and was happy with the service.....had Auto Gearbox oil change carried out there and was cheapest price I could get from a main dealer.

I stood and watched them do it instead of enjoying the free tea, coffee and lifestyle magazines!

I'm not a big fan of the Arnold Clark dealerships in general and don't use them as a rule after a bad experience many years ago, but this was fine.

If there was a decent Indy hear her I'd probably use it with my E Class coming up for 4 yrs old in June.
