Got a slight problem with the throttle response on an W211 E320 Petrol basically sometimes if the car is in Drive and you push the accelerator to move off the car begins to rev but not move then all of a sudden will jolt or will rear wheels will spin slightly and then move off...

Have been searching around the forums and it seems as though this could be a MAF problem or is this something else?

It could be low fluid in the gearbox.
