I am looking at a CLK at the moment. It has Designo Varicolour paint and a two-tone black/cream leather seats/interior

Will the seats be Designo Nappa leather?

I am almost certain that the wood trim is Designo as well...how can I verify this?

I cannot find out much info regarding the Designo options..any idea where this can be found.

Close....its a CLK 500 cabrio!

Unfortunately photos are too small and of too poor quality to dispaly...

Seats and rest of interior appear to be very similar.....down to stitching on seats and wood veneer to dash and doors....thanks.

An easy way to tell if its a designo interior is to look for the small badges on the upper part of the front seats .

Difficult to tell from photos.....are either of attached Designo? I think "1" is probably not..just standard 2-tone and "2" probably is...Both are on CLK 500 yr 2005/54

I have a designo interior , and don't have any badges on my seats.

Just bought a clk with similar Designo seats as attached photo...also has Designo polished black ash dash and door inserts.

Leather would benefit from good clean and perhaps a recolour.....anyone got any ideas as how to best do this?

I've always used Gliptone Liquid Leather, I get it from ebay and its a shampoo and conditioner twin pack.

It really cleans leather up well and restores a bit of the smell too!
