Detailing advice for a spirited amateur

My full regime is...
pressure wash rinse
snowfoam (whilst dwelling, clean alloys)
rinse
iron x to decontaminate
hand wash (2 bucket method) using a wookie fist
clay cloth (plenty of lube)
rinse
dry with drying towel and quick detailer
glaze/polish (depends what I`m using at the time)
wax
sealant
Stand back and admire

Haha...after all that, my back and shoulder are usually so bad I have to lie down and maybe take a little "Nanna nap"
