Morning all,
Just thought I'd post a recommendation for a detailing course I attended at the end of August. If anyone uses Autobrite Direct products, they offer a 3 stage training course for detailers at their site in Stoke-on-Trent. I attended the foundation course, which was 1-2-1 tuition all day. I thought I was pretty good at cleaning/detailing before I went, but I learned so much more on the day.
We covered prep and decontamination, correct washing procedure, drying, machine polishing and ceramic coating (neither of which are the black arts I thought they were). To top it all off, you get a course completion certificate and 20% discount on any products you might want to buy at the shop whilst you're there. All in all, a really enjoyable day, spent with knowledgeable people and learning a new skill.
Price for the foundation course was £250, subsequent courses are more expensive, but they tailor them to cover what you want, so still well worth the money in my opinion.
For clarity, I have no connection with Autobrite (other than using some of their products) nor am I being paid for this recommendation, just one happy customer!
