Device Unavailable error

Hi there, I have a problem with the COMMAND system in my CL63AMG (2011). Every time I go to the radio / CD - I get the message DEVICE UNAVAILABLE. I have tried to reboot the system by long pressing the on / off button but this hasn't worked sadly. Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be or someone I could go to, to get it checked out (that is going to be reasonable!). Greatly appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Hi Folks

I have a 2007 CL500.

Took it to my Mecho to have it serviced and to refill the AC.
Ever since I picked it up there has been no sound from the Command system.
The radio, the CD, the TV all have no sound. All I keep getting is a message saying "Device unavailable."
I tried resetting the command unit by holding down the EJECT button for 10-15 seconds but no joy.
Any ideas....or do I really have to take it to the dealer who will charge £200 just to say good morning to her?
