I do but no listing for a fuse for that?

This is for a W210 E320 CDI but should be similar. The diag port is not listed in any of the fuse charts

Standing in front of the car, looking at the engine, top right you have a cover which houses the ECUs. This contains the K40 relay and has a few fuses. IIRC the 4th one was for the diag port and other things (in my case flap motor).
