Diagnostic Test advice Please

Hi Folks,

Just had the car at the garage and it has the following DTCs

P2035 - Control Unit (ECU)
P2036 - Secondary Air inlet
P2029 - Road Speed Signal
P200A - Throttle Potentiometer
P201B - Random/Multiple Misfire detected

C1024 - CAN Communication with the engine system is faulty
C1210 - +30 Voltage, below lower threshold
C1161 - Yaw rate & Lateral Accelerator Sensor, Plausibility error YAW rate speed
C1173 - Steering Angle Sensor, Implausible
C1172 - Steering Angle Sensor, Internal Fault

Do you think these could be linked, i.e. could it be water ingress at a terminal or something or is the car knackered??

What is the problem?

Codes are only half the info too.

The car has an erratic idle and when driving it has an intermittent misfire. That is all the info I got from the garage unfortunately

Have a look at the rubber pipe under the air box. The air box has to be removed. Can I suggest you take it to a specialist. It will save you time and ££.

It is the breather hose under the air box. New one arrived today so going to change it over tomorrow. Need to book it in to find out why esp fault light on next also need to order a new indicator stalk as it won't stay on when indicating right

New pipe fitted, huge difference. Totally different car
