I did a stupid thing the other day... Ordered a phone from Dial a Phone,
The story so far...
Called up Wednesday evening to order a HTC HD2 on the Orange network. I specifically said to the sales guy that I DO NOT want to sign up unless you can garuntee me delivery for this Friday... I don't want this "We are out of stock" business once I place the order.
Anyway, he processed the order and assured me delivery for today!... Guess what??... I haven't received it... This morning got an email saying "Unfortunately due to an unforeseen processing problem, there has been a delay in despatching your order as expected." "It has not been delayed to the 15th March". Then got another email later on saying its been delayed till the 16th. ....
So... Moral of the story... Don't dial a phone.. Just go to a shop and pick one up!...
I'm going to cancel my order tomorrow and go elsewhere.. It will be more expensive but it's the principal now.. Don't deserve my cash!!..
