Not OEM, but there's a DIY option

I used an accelerator pedal cover (floor mounted type - C/CLK/E etc), trimmed off side rubber and fixed a strong velcro pad - it's been on for over two years now.

I actually bought that one direct from Germany (Schatz, if I'm not mistaken), but had to return it, as it wasn't quite fitting a RHD car.
They even put a note on their site "not suitable for RHD", but CKS continue to re-sell them (at nearly double the price, as usual).

A suitable pedal set from AliExpress is about £8, and you'll have a spare brake pedal too

it does require a little work - trim the rubber sides & mounting at the bottom, and glue a strip of 3M dual-lock (strong velcro), but you won't have to put four screws through your carpet, and it can be used with both types of floor mats (with or without lip).
