Does anybody know the best place to get the bosch diesel injector electrical plugs for my w210 e320 cdi?
I had a couple of leaky injector seals and the carbon ate a couple of the injector solenoid plugs and made them very brittle and a couple of the little lugs that hold them on have snapped off, so they are held on with glue at the moment:o
Mercedes only sell like a loom piece with the plugs attached which is mega bucks :(

I would also like to change the leakoff pipe and the little plastic leakoff connectors as the new ones from mercedes now are metal instead of plastic ones ,but i dont want to pay 70£ plus for this from mercedes :(

I know this is a common problem so hope someone outthere could tell me where they got their bits from as where i live round here they know nothing/not interested and not very helpfull:(

I cable tied mine back on when a couple snapped off.

Seemed to do the trick.

This and a new loom are the only option. Be careful as it often causes the loom to become brittle aswel as the plastic connectors.

a couple of mine were done the same when the local garage fixed 4 leaking seals.

thanks guys :thumb: super glue seems to be holding them on nicely done about 20000k with this :o Probably get the new loom bit as i reckon that splicing new plugs on the end of the old loom may cause more hassle!
