Diffuser and fog light part #?

Hi all. I would like to purchase the w218 CLS63 Euro spec OEM rear diffuser and foglight for my car. Can someone point me in the right direction on who i can purchase this from in Europe and have it shipped to the US? Also, if someone can provide me the part numbers that would be great. Thanks!

Without the Vin of an actual car with this fitted it will be unreliable to quote part Nos for this item. The list is almost endless.

There is also 218974------ (also CLS 63AMG) although the picture from that looks less likely.

Also, it looks like in your pic there are mesh panels either side of the reg plate. Is this correct or just the pic???

Thanks for the reply Druk.....greatly appreciate it. I will have see if I can find a vin# to post as I don't own the CLS63. The screen shot you posted of the rear bumper/diffuser looks like my CLS550 and not the CLS63 (mine doesn't have the cut out for the rear foglight). The CLS63 comes with the quad tip exhaust that requires a larger opening on the diffuser and also doesn't have the chrome piece/accent (#50 in the pic). There are no mesh panels on either side of the "reg plate" in the pic I posted....just appears that way from the shadows.

Ok....after searching high and low I finally found the part # I'm looking for. Unfortunately, nothing came up on any searches on the hand full of UK MB vendors I found on the www
