Dip Mirror Error

Hope someone can help me?

When selecting reverse the passenger mirror goes up as opposed to down?

Car has been in the dealers for a number of days now and it would seem when updating stuff they have somehow stuffed the mirror up!

Is there a way I can reset this to save me another journey to the dealer?

Fixed it, quicker to get the manual out.

Engine running, selected the left mirror switch
Then selected reverse
Used the direction arrows to position the mirror where I want it in a dipped position
Select drive, mirror returns to normal position.

I have memory package on my car so not sure if this is the same for those with out?

You only can get dipped mirror with memory package (as it needs to know where to put the mirror (so it needs the position feedback sensors in the mirror and door controllers with memory), and you need some way of setting that so you need the switch)
