Dipped beam fault

Hi all, passenger headlight not working, tried swapping bulbs and new ones, and no joy, Are there any fuses ir relays? Also have read about the ballast module, could it be this?

Is it the C350 CDI from your profile? A W204?

There are no bulb specific fuses or relays, everything is electronically protected.

Yes, w204 2012, I also get warning on dash saying indicator fault, although this still works
