Disconnecting battery/airbag on 2017 C300H estate.

Hello guys & girls.

As the title. I need to kill power to steering wheel airbag to replace the steering wheel. My car has a battery in the passenger footwell and a big one in the boot. Obvious way seems to remove the airbag fuse? Or disconnect one of both batteries?

Any help appreciated.
