I have a 2006 low mileage W221, S500 with everything on it except for Distronic.
looking at the parts schematic it appears to be a grille, a radar sensor, control box and different column stalk. harness of course. I assume it will require coding once fitted.
anybody else out there attempted retro fitting this?
finally will distronic plus fit my car???

That would be the Distronic option that never came with a W221 to the European market. Perhaps you can retrofit that option but Distronic Plus with bumper radars would be better matching the local market option. This would then support stop and go traffic (speeds down to zero).

You probably have acoustic Parktronic sensors. Unfortunately those do not go with the 221 Distrconic Plus. You may need new bumpers or perhaps you can leave the existing sensors unused, not sure if all fit simultaneously.
