Diy air con regas - anyone used it ??

Has anyone used a system like this

does it work ?

Have used them DIY in the past but with aircon diagnosis and regas so cheap (£40ish) don't think there is a need for them now and with a professional regas they pressure test to ensure the system is OK as if you have a leak and refill then it's just a waste of money.

just go kwik fit, its cheap an it works and if they cant regas, they dont charge!

Don't buy the can, you can damage your system.

Kwik fit charging £29 at the moment for regas

I DIYd my golf and audi.

I also had a car done at kwik fit and for what ever reason, it didnt seem to go as cold as when I had the same car re done at a dealers.

Dunno if they put less gas in, or use a different gas.
