Dizzy cap and rotor arm mix?

I have just received a rotor arm and distributor cap from Europarts (I am now waiting for them to get back to me). They sent the wrong parts. I ordered both parts by Bosch, alas they have sent me a Bosch rotor arm and a Bremi distributor cap. So while I am waiting for them to ring me I thought I would ask if any members know if the items could be used together even though they are from a different manufacturer?

I've had exactly the same thing in the past. All I can say is they did both work together although I'm inclined to believe it isnt an ideal combination.

Im sure they will be fine as both are OEM.

Im sure they will be fine as both are OEM.

I had a Bremi rotor arm and it failed in just over a year. I also had their cap.

Now got original MB and am more than happy.
