I know that they've been knocked recently in a few threads but my recent dealings with them have been quite good.

They seem to be genuinely giving a decent service.

I've used them a few times now and found them to be very good.

I keep saying "them", almost forgot its an electronic machine isnt it? Of course, "someone" had to design it in the first place I suppose.

I like getting the new disc with the details typed on not like at the post office when they are done by hand. It's also very quick to do online.

I've used the (automated) telephone renewal service the last couple of time - no problems, equally fast.
