Do these wheels fit?

I'm looking to get some AMG Alloys for my Merc to make it look that little bit nicer. The trouble is that I haven't got a clue about all these sizes and stuff so can anyone out there tell me if I can get 18" 8J with ET31 offset onto my (W123) 280CE and what tyres would you recommend. Also, if these wheels won't fit then what size am I best off looking for?
