do not deal with this guy, selling under the name of JackSpratt advertising wheel bolts and locking wheel bolts.

We ordered a set of locking wheel bolts from him which he supplied, however there was no way on this earth they would fit, wrong length, wrong radius, wrong diameter.

We politely asked for a refund and he refused saying that according to his catalogue he supplied what we asked for.

Please avoid him like the plague

Andy

Assuming you have asked for some proof that his mistake is genuine - a scan of the catalogue is easy if you are honest - and he declined - hope you gave him a review from hell!

the problem with leaving negative feedback is that they can do the same to you and ebay will seldom remove feedback under any circumstances.

so, very negative feedback will be left at the very last minute - the ability to leave feedback on ebay cuts off after 90 days - that should nicely deny him the right to reply :)

Rest assured, we'll be bidding on a few of his auctions in the meantime and doing the negative feedback using accounts that don't matter :)

tee hee - after about 15 emails bounced backwards and forwards this evening the guy has grudgingly offered a refund - will see if he is as good as his word.

Warning still stands though - he's a **** to deal with

Andy

:bannana: :bannana: Top banana:bannana: :bannana:

Well done on the refund and ill clobber him with the proverbial barge-pole if he ever comes across my sights:rock:
