Does anyone cut vinyl?

I'm looking for something like this:

to be precise, something like this:

I'm thinking of getting them made in 5 different colours, 24 of each colour (so a total of about 120 units) and labelling the laptop carts in that fashion...

I haven't gotten it approved by accounting yet, but I like the idea - and depending on cost it may be feasible... Hence, does anyone cut vinyl? I might be able to get you a little order

These guys are on my business park, they do full vehicle wraps as well as all sorts of normal signs, what they can't do with vinyl isn't worth doing!
