The more I look at them, the more I covet one ..

It's the last of MB's elegant coupes without too many strakes, lines and without the aggressive front gaping faces.

Retailer deposit contribution of £16,200 on a RRP of £94.5k.

New CL must be around the corner.

They are magnificent looking cars - I particularly like the facelift 216. That said, do you have to have them new? A few 07+ V12TT with low miles on Autotrader are typically 1/3 their original cost.

+1 re facelift .. facelift really improved the car, which is not always the case.

facelift cars are still mid 50s ..

I am patient .. CL63 (bi turbo) in say 2015 :)

Good be good for you. You like craftsmanship and high end luxury (iirc my old mans s class got you thinking big car) and the CL takes it on where the S class stops in terms of luxury seating etc.
 
Nice colour that. Makes a change from silver or black.
