I found this parts number on internet for rear diff oil.
Is this the correct rear diff oil for my 1999 C43 AMG?
A001 989 330 312

Does MB use 1 type of rear diff oil for all MB cars?

Next question.

I was going to change the antifreeze glykol on my car.
I know MB sells those in 1,5 litre bottles.
Does antifreeze come in concentrate formula that I need to mix with water to get the correct protection for winther?
Mix 50/50?
Or is it already mixed?
I guess I then need 4 pcs of 1,5 litre antifreeze if the coolant reservoar fits 11,5 litres?

I don't know the parts numbers for this tequila drink.
Can ya pleeze help me out?

Same thing here is it only 1 type of antifreeze for all MB cars or is it different antifreeze?
When I bought my car back in 2004 it had orange/redish color antifreeze.
When I changed it at the stealership it was green/blueish color.

Another thing my mechanic said, when I change my antifreeze he said to change my antifreeze bottle too?
He said there is a type of chemical soap bar that desolves in the antifreeze and keeps it moist and in healthy condition?
My car has covered about 60,000 miles now.
What do you think about the coolant bottle?
Does it need to be changed?

He also said I shouldn't change the antifreeze until I have reached about 130,000miles?
WTF?

Antifreeze is A0009890825/10 :thumb:

The diff oil you will be able to check by contacting your local MB stealership as its listed on WIS and not EPC so will require a techie to check for you. Without your chassis number and a chat to my ex-workmates I couldn't tell you :dk:

I cant see why you would need a new coolant bottle, unless its damaged/split or leaking.

no its' not damaged it's still keeping the fluid intact.
I was just wondering why my mechanic said I need to change the coolant bottle?

No I won't change the bottle only coolant will be changed

thanx for the antifreeze partsnumber.
This is the non-mixed antifreez?
I have to mix it with water?

called the dealership they said only 1,5 litre bottles available
If this antifreeze is raw antifreeze then I guess I need to buy 4 bottles to mix it with equal water.
1,5L x 4 bottles= 6 litre antifreeze
mix with 6 litre of water.
Engine and coolant needs about 11,5 litres of coolant for m113 engine IIRC?

Mercedes has not yet fallen so far as to offer "Pre-Mixed" Coolant/H2O.

AND Yes 50% mix is fine.

yeah, it's good to know the antifreeze is not sold as pre-mixed!
I don't want to pay for water!
