Does Anyone Know What This Means ?

It's a Mercedes W169 A-Class. Not mine but a car that someone I know is thinking of buying and this is one of the vendor's photos.

A spanner and a screwdriver and two messages at the bottom. The one on the left can't be read in the photo and the one on the right reads "Display off".

I've no idea how significant this is so any translations would be appreciated.

Looks like settings and the option to turn the display off. Nothing more.
