Does Life See Me Coming .. Wheel Bolt Woe

Ok Im a cheapskate and when I noticed a set of monoblock copies from a SL320 on ebay with tyres I thought why not use them and get a new set of proper ones in the summer and use these for winter.

As they came off a SL320 I thought no brainer BUT the bolts are the

head - shaft - coller - thread type and are much too long for the wheels which have loads of in out movement

Much Shorter generic ones dont seat correctly and I`m too "none tech" too know exactly what is needed but they need to be short.

IF anyone can shed any light its much appreciated
