Does negative camber and positive caster add or decrease a tendency to pull?

My S204 always ran straight and true, although it did have a very slight tendency to tramline on certain concrete sections of the M25. 18" rims, staggered set up, Goodyear Asymmetric tyres.

Well I was recommended Goodyear...
Still seems very odd to pull so much even after all the eccentric bolt adjuster work.
This all seems to be pointing to one thing... a Japanese Mercedes
