Hi all.

I have a 2010 mercedes CLC with bi xenon headlights.

I have to change my headlights due to a front end collision.

I managed to source original part no second hand with ballast for one side and the other I will need to buy from mercedes dealer for around £670.

I've noticed that the spec on my car is extremely rare as my bumper also has the lamp washers and parking sensors which I found that I can't get hold of at all from any car part stores or even breakers and mercedes are charging me £560 for it with a month waiting time as they don't have in stock in UK or even Germany from what they told me.

My question is after changing my headlights will they need coding. I've read somewhere if I just swap the ballasts over it should be OK.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you.
