Does the W211 have dash Auto Changer Wiring?

Hi
Quick question, does the W211 E-Class have prewiring for the in-dash auto changer?

Or do you get the wiring with the auto changer?

I have instructions to fit but not the CD changer as of yet, so saving pulling my dash apart!!

There does appear to be a CD changer wiring harness with the 819 option only. Equally the MOST fibre.
