Door courtesy lights

Good evening all,

Apologies but I am unable to find the info I am looking for...

Does anyone happen to know if the power supply for the above lights is within the doors?
I have a 2013 C Class Coupe , has the lights in the bottom of the doors but does not have the leads feeding them, both doors the same, light bulbs are in place on both, looks a little odd.

Well if there are no wires it would seem there is no power in the doors. Very odd one is that, has the car been repaired or painted ?

Thanks for reply; Not as I am aware, got it from Mercedes Brum, although wouldnt have thought so I guess its a not so sure, would have thought it was standard on this model. Wondered if someone had fitted after market lights then changed them without fitting wiring? Had my fingers in door panels to no avail, wondered if anyone knew before i started taking the panels off

I would have thought it was standard too. - I'm sure I've got working door lights on the CLK, and the's nothing in the options list about "lighting package"... but a CLK Coupe is't a C-Class Coupe.
