Cleaning and resetting will not be fixing the underlying issue.

What are the codes being registered that they are then wiping. That should point you towards what the underlying problem is.
 
As above it's no good just going around on the DPF Merry-go-round .

For sure dpf pressure sensors are common but I think you could have a boost leak that makes the fuel and air ratio very rich and the resultant extra soot quickly clogs the dpf .

Starts with P2263 Boost performance

clears okay and a day or 2 later it’s back to P2463 Excessive Soot
 
Have you got a burst boost pipe as that will make soot accumulate quicker, need to run a smoke test on the system to clarify this
