Drain plug oil filter housing Om646

Hi there.
Does anyone know the size of the thread on the oil filter housing drain plug?

It looks like the oil pressure test take off port on my M113 , from memory I thinks it's M12 x 1.5 , can you not remove the plug and measure it. ?

I’m thinking of attaching an oil pressure gauge then with an adapter M12x 1.5 to 1/8 NPT as I have already purchased the set.
Just wondering if anyone else has fitted an oil pressure sensor with a cockpit gauge to an Om646 motor w204 T 2008?

Hi Steve. How did you get on with fitting the oil pressure gauge ? I have the OM646 motor in my CLK and fancy fitting an oil pressure gauge when my arthritis gives me a break. I have the VDO cockpit vision gauge and sender unit, but need to work out what fittings I need. Having said that I haven't checked for a test port in the front cover yet so I just hope that MB didn't change the design or I could be in problems.

Any help with fittings would be great thanks.
