Driver seat swaparound

Hi, I have just bought a 2012 Viano for conversion into a campervan. A few issues with it - the driver seat (grey leather) is in poor condition, while I have at least 6 other matching seats in the car in great condition which I dont need! Has anyone tried replacing the driver seat cushions by using the passenger seats? Is it a crazy idea or is the shape and maybe wiring going to go against me?

Seatbelt/Seatbelt cut outs will be on wrong sides...

Thanks - let me have a look at this and get back at the weekend. Somehow it seems a shame not to find a way to use the unwanted seats - even if I just use the leather. I'll be back!
