Driver side window stuck

Hi don’t know if anyone has any advice, I’ve got a 13 plate CLA and the driver side window is stuck in the closed position (better than being open I know). The window still re-seals once I’ve closed the door, has anyone ever experienced anything like this and got any tips on how I could fix it? Thanks in advance.

I am afraid it is the usual answer on here - is it showing any codes? There is a door control module that should show any stored codes.

I took it to my local MB dealer and they said it’s the switch for the power window and unfortunately there’s none left in stock in the UK
