Drivers headlight not working - w212

I got the headlight warning last night, and the drivers light was out.

Ive replaced the hid bulb, but neither dipped or full beam still work. The indicator and side light work, but not the dipped/full beam.

Other than replacing the bulb (which ive done), what else can i do?

It's not unknown for new bulbs to be duff. Swap the passenger side bulb to the driver's side.
If it lights, your new bulb is broken. If it doesn't looks like your ballast could be faulty and the car should go on STAR diagnostics to see what's going on.

Thankyou i will try that, could the fuse be a possibility, or are the left and right headlights not independently fused?

Just been in the car again, and ive also noticed the highbeem flash no longer operates, even on the good bulb.
Im also seeing

dipped beam settings - system inoperative
and
intelligent light system - system inoperative

What on earth is going on?!

Get the car on STAR. Could be a dodgey earth but diagnostics will pinpoint the issue
