Drivers seat back dropping

The back rest of the drivers seat in my w202 keeps going back when sitting in the car. It does not go back totally just about 1/4 turn of the adjuster but it is bugging the hell out of me. The adjuster turns as it does it. How can I rectify this without the need to remortgage the house?

I'm guessing its manual. There is a thread on here on how to dismantle seats, you'll have to search the forums.

It's pretty cheap to do and a driver's seat doesnt cost that much if you go to a specialised breakers. If you can't fix it that is.

Sorry but can't find the how to dismantle. Can you give me a hint on where to look?
