drivers seat back removal

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to remove the drivers seat back of a CL500 MY2001?

I need to remove this as I wish to do the silicon trick on the belt at the mechanism end .

Most MB seats seem to be two screws at base, slide up, pull bottom out, slide back down and off.
