Driving experiences

I went with some friends to MB world the other week, and between us I think we did all the rides (Mercedes experience, off-road, and AMG). We absolutely loved it, and will definately be going back for more.

I was just wondering if there are any similar driving experiences people could recommend. I have done rally driving at Brands Hatch, and a Caterham 7 day, both of which were good, but I would like to try something else.
We all really fancy taking some of the current Jaguar range on the track, but I think the days they did at Gaydon were one-offs to promote the new range, and not regular events.

Any recommendations?

I too had a go at the Brands Hatch Rally driving which was good fun.

You can take your own car on track at brands on an open session for about £250.00 ish ?
