About 6 weeks ago a fault came up on the dash that the brakes are worn and must visit a workshop on my 2004 CLK 270CDI, this turned out to be a censor that needed replacing, which I thought was going to be the case as all the discs and pads are only 3 or 4 months old.
This week the same fault has come up again, and now I may know why as on both occations it was after driving through unavoiadble large puddles and heavy rain at around 50 mph.
Is this a common problem ?

It most certainly is mine does it even after 2 x new sensors, a couple of touches of the brake pedal to get some heat in there and it disappears qucikly, no effect on braking performance whatsoever:thumb:
