Driving over speed humps hear a funny noise what could it be?

When driving over a speed hump at low speed in the CLS i hear a noise like if your shaking a bag of nuts/bolts any idea on what it could be or is this a normal noise?

Loose exhaust/cat heat shield, or some other loose exhaust system bracket/components? Best to inspect the underside on a ramp.

I kept thinking I had something in the boot like a tool box (CLK 208) but couldn't work out what it was.
Turned out to be a broken spring on the rear offside. This was only spotted on the second visit to my garage after a closer look.
Obvisualy have to replace both rear springs but be aware that it can take a few months for the springs to settle to the correct hight.
