Driving restrictions on Mall in St James Park

Was driving to a service Job in London today on a boat on the Victoria Embankment and was just following the satnav and without thinking i was driving through what looked like a park and was the Mall. Now i was in a Iveco Daily LWB van and whilst driving through i did not see any other vans just cars and taxis.

Does anyone know whether there is restrictions for vans and am i likely to be recieving a £60 penalty and some points

You aren't allowed to drive trade vehicles in any of the Queens parks iirc.

You are allowed to drive down the Mall though most of the time aren't you?
