The "we" I refer to is those of us who viewed the dashcam footage; I rather assumed "we" all had.

"I" still don't see why you're so hot under the collar about it. "I" saw only a couple of pretty minor non-incidents; "I", and I suspect most of "us", experience worse pretty much every time we drive. We're not talking about a couple of hotshot (self-assessed) biking ****holes on the Cat & Fiddle, or the Mickleham "Deceptive Bends" near Box Hill, here.
