Driftworks have a dry ice video of their 964 and the people they use looked mobile.

I looked round a few months ago and could not find any car cleaning dry ice firms in the UK, a few commercial firms but they were not wanting to do a car chassis.
This company is based in USA but if you click on "I have a car" delete the contact page and then scroll down the page it gives an idea of pricing at 4 levels

I think I would wait for the technology to mature before taking the plunge. The potential for micro damage of the cleaned surface would put me off.
