DTMF from iPhone Contacts

I have a number of conference call numbers saved in my iPhone 5S which use the "pause" between the number and the DTMF code, however only the number comes through on my Audio 20 (2014 C220) phone book meaning i have to then enter the conference number rather than being automated.

Has anyone experienced/solved this issue?

I use the pause function on the iPhone that appears as a comma in the number.

Did anyone get a fix for this? My company has moved me from a Blackberry passport that sent a p for pause, to an iPhone that sends a comma. Comand doesn't seem to accept the comma, and adds a 7 into the number as well. I can manually change the entry on Comand but it creates an extra entry in the phone book on the car and defeats the object of synchronising address books.

However if I dial from the iPhone (5c iOS 10.1) direct rather than from the Comand Tel funton, the call with DTMF characters goes through correctly. Ringing from your phone whilst driving is banned in the U.K. So not an option.
