Duo Valve HELP!

hey guys,

Thanks to yet another great HOWTO i have removed my duo valve.

Now that it is out i need help cleaning it. what should i clean it with and
how do i clean out these pipes?????

It's sitting in my garage now so speedy help would be great appreciated

Also can i have some help cleaning out these two parts?

Also do the gold spring things need to be lubed?

i don't want to just use water, or it water fine.

i am always weary of using water.

Help would be fantastic

Also do they need to be dried before they are put back in?

Water flows around them anyway so it will be fine. I used a scotchbrite pad to clean mine.

Dry them off to make sure they are clean and undamaged.

be very careful with reassembly, make sure the pins are located correctly.
