Duo valve

I have a MB220e and the heater is blowing continuous hot air,could the problem be the heater control valve? and where is it situated?

Re 220e Heater have fitted the replacement duo valve, now works very well,took old one to bits and you should have seen the gunge inside, Many thanks for the advice
