Hi again everyone I live near Rochester in Kent UK my car is a 2010 W207 E350 cdi convertible, can anyone advise me where I can get a duplicate key and also a new case for my existing key cheaper than the stealers they should wear a mask and carry a gun TIA Chris

Well either use a a mobile service or drive to a local key specialist,you will not get a duplicate key what will happen is that the part where you key fits into will be taken out and then it will go on a computer will show the 6 key numbers that are programmed for you car,it will show two highlighted ones that came with the car,then the guy will remove the number of the key you do not have and then get a new key and programme it with one of the other numbers,and you also want the original refurbed,I suppose cost wise about £220.
