DVD creating software

Hi I have a Sony HDD camcorder and i use the supplied DVD creating software but its not really that great.

I was wondering if anyone know of a better software preferable a free one i can download to create DVD of my home movies.

Personally I use Ulead Video Studio and TMPGEnc. Free trials on their websites.

I use Nero 10 - I don't do anything flashy though. Windows live movie maker is worth a try also.

I use iMovie & Final Cut Pro for editing , then Toast Titanium for burning .

thanks i will look into these and see how easy they are....
i guess most modern day software cover most file types in creating a DVD

if you want a simple, free burner, have a look at Astroburn Astroburn Lite. Free CD and DVD burning software.
small quick and simple. Been using it a while and its quite good!
