The above was replaced with the following items

Teleaid Module
Phone Harness
Sound Harness
Comand Harness
H/K Amplifier
Phone components such as compensator and teleaid switch, bracket

A massive taks to have completed - well done!

wow , looks well smart :)

only thing is that pickie of the comand retrofit makes me want to do it again :(

Very nice, looking good Sunman

This definitely freshens up the interior look of the W203 / W209. So was that the mystery mod you mentioned, or is there more?

I don't think any of us could underestimate how much time it took & the cost! Think of a number, multipy by 50 and double it - Am I close :D

No, this is still not the mystery mod. More to follow soon.

hello sunman ,

can you post more info about the location of the HK amp and where the loom runs etc , also any pickies and part numbers youve got :)

damm , this mod bug is catching :)

in all honesty, the h/k system is not that great and may not be worth the trouble if you are looking for better sound. Also, the speakers can get costly. You will need to add a new speaker harness which extends to each door. Lots of the trim will have to come off.

Look forward to seeing the rest. I see that you've also got the new 05 cluster as part of the change from D2B to MOST. Very impressive, can't wait to see what else you've got planned!

ahaha another one of lifes many mysteries solved ... thanks

:D :D

I feel a whole new thread comming on
