My original s211 E55 pump with the 2 air connections also just failed and I brought not the latest pump but the one before which is part A0008202748 however this pump is different from the original and has 4 connectors for the air.

I went to the dealer who said on the new pump it may need parts Bracket A000 800 03 18 and Hose line A000 800 35 15. As the latest pump requires this but I found a deal for the previous model.

Does anyone know how and which exact connectors from the Hose line that has with 4 connectors plugs into the pump? Does the original 2 connectors that went into the old pump go into the hose kit? Can anyone explain in idiot terms please.

The first picture is the new and old pump side by side

Hi Kwan,

What's the issue with your old Pump? Is it just not running? Mine has a problem because the plastic housing has melted and is leaking air.

If your pump housing is in good order, I would like to buy it from you.

Thanks

The internal pump still worms but there is an internal leak hence the reason why I brought a new one. I think just one of the internal connectors melt which is what I have read.

Will let you know later next week when I have hopefully fixed my seat pump.

Anyone else that can help?

Yep, sare problem here. Internal connector melted.

Have you tried to plug jn the pump to make sure it runs even without the air reservoir?

Hey donshl. I have done all the testing in shop. Had the pump apart etc.
melted gubbins inside but the motor runs fine.

I've tried to patch the melted housing with jb weld, but I wasn't successful.

Just trying to find another pump now...

The motor is fine on mine it's just the casing again. The pump runs for 5 minutes and the. Turns off. Already brought the newer pump but the connectors are different hence was wondering if anyone has installed he newer pump. Seems as if I need the bracket and air hoses kit but I have no idea how it connects. Took it to a specilist who also seems unaware but I only had the pump at that time as the hose kit and bracket is coming from germany.

It's finally sorted.

Terry and Jamie from Wayne Gates are the experts now with this new pump design and hose kit. There excellent. There hard work and determination to the job has resolved weeks of hassle with missing parts and etc. I now understand why most people just forget about it. Thanks Terry and Jamie!

Donshl, if you would like to buy my old pump please send me a email please or pm.

Regard's.
